What Clearparty is

Clearparty provides data lookup, not compliance decisions. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for any checks the law requires of you.

Data quality

Results come from public and official sources. Those sources can be incomplete or stale, and a company missing from a result is not proof that it has no records. We give no warranty beyond this: results are provided as is.

Free beta quota

During the beta, each account gets 500 checks per month (2500 units). The quota resets monthly; calls over the quota are refused until the reset date.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the service, for example by flooding it or trying to circumvent the quota.
• Do not share your API keys with others.
• Keep your keys secret. Revoke a key at once if it may have leaked.
